Does this wearable air purifier produce ozone?
Yes, this wearable air purifier produces minimal ozone but is not harmful to humans. According to the FDA, indoor medical devices like air purifiers produce no more than 0.05 ppm and EPA’s Nation Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone is a maximum 8-hour average outdoor concentration of 0.08 ppm.
Quair Plasma Mini’s upper limit of ozone production is 0.008 ppm which is well within the approved health standards.
Are positive ions harmful to our health?
