Local Delivery

Delivery in Singapore (except Resorts World and Jurong Island) for orders comes at a FLAT FEE of $5.00 for island-wide delivery.

We apologise we do not offer delivery service to Resorts World and Jurong Island.

Delivery time is estimated to be within 2 – 3 working days.

Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation or changes can be made. If you would like to add another item / product, kindly place a new order.

All confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated).

Do make sure that all shipping information entered is correct. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been processed.

Eplanetworld will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and orders may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

Return Policy

To return a product, please contact our customer service officer at info@planet-telecoms.com.sg. We will be in touch with you for more information and instructions on the return. Customers have to return the product with the following conditions: within 7 days based on delivery date, original Eplanetworld invoice or receipt, free gifts, original packaging in good condition. We will not accept product with broken seal, damaged box / packaging. 

All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item via a non-trackable shipping service.  

We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind reasons once the transaction is successful. Approval for a refund is at the discretion of the management.

Overseas Delivery

Currently, only selected products are available for shipping to East/West Malaysia only.
